Message from the Conference Chairs

On behalf of the organizing committee, we are delighted to introduce the SSMC HIV Conference 2026: Masterclass in HIV Medicine, taking place on 26 September 2026 in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The landscape of HIV care has undergone remarkable transformation over the past decades. Advances in diagnostics, antiretroviral therapy, prevention strategies, and long-term disease management continue to redefine what is possible for people living with HIV. At the same time, important clinical, social, and public health challenges remain, particularly within our region.

This conference has been developed to foster thoughtful discussion around these evolving realities. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with leading experts, explore current evidence, and examine practical approaches that can be translated into everyday clinical practice.
